Why Rehab's

Refuge
A residential restoration program for women

OUR VISION

Rahab's Refuge will be a residential restoration program for survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. Our purpose and mission are to foster holistic recovery for lives impacted by sex trafficking and exploitation. Rahab's Refuge will be an environment where survivors will heal holistically to reenter society successfully. The women in our residential program will heal in a safe environment filled with the love of Christ. They will have access to resources, education, training, counseling, and community.

The Purpose

A residential program for sex trafficking survivors will provide us with the capacity to serve more women directly,  including those who live far from our WNC base.

Enhance Holistic Healing

Without a safe place to live, survivors can’t focus their energy on healing. A Life107 facility would enhance our ability to foster healing on every level.

A Refuge for Healing

Survivors’ lives have often been marked by fear, struggle, and unrest. In a safe place, they’ll have the freedom to rest, recover, and find restoration.

A Five-Stage Path to Restoration

A strategic, progressive model for holistic recovery, addressing physical, mental/emotional, spiritual, social/relational, and economic well-being at every stage.

Revive

Stabilize the client by meeting basic needs of safety, stability, & nurturing.

Rediscover

Create a foundation of well-being through self-awareness, agency, and discovery.

Restore

Facilitate healing of the mind, body, & spirit through counseling, disciplines, & skills.

Rebuild

Promote self-efficacy, independent living skills, and coping skills to prevent relapse.

Re-entry

Anchor the client's sense of worth & ensure autonomous management of wellbeing.
